Reach One Teach One

Deuteronomy 6:1-3 New King James Version

1 “Now this is the commandment, and these are the statutes and judgments which the Lord your God has commanded to teach you, that you may observe them in the land which you are crossing over to possess,

2 that you may fear the Lord your God, to keep all His statutes and His commandments which I command you, you and your son and your grandson, all the days of your life, and that your days may be prolonged.

3 Therefore hear, O Israel, and be careful to observe it, that it may be well with you, and that you may multiply greatly as the Lord God of your fathers has promised you—‘a land flowing with milk and honey.’

Sermon Notes:  Reach One Teach One

In our text today Moses told the Children of Israel to Teach and Remember!

Each generation was to teach the next so that nothing was lost with the generation.

Our believed in Christ Jesus should not be hidden.

Moses emphasized particularly the responsibilities of Reach one Teach one.

First: We are called to POSSESS the faith.

Second: PROCLAIM the faith

And third: we are to PRACTICE the faith

We are called to make disciples after us, so that they too will know God and pass on what they know.

This is the principle of The Power of One.

Each One, Reach One, and then Teach One!
