You Got Me Going In Circles

Psalm 37:23-25 New King James Version

23 The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, And He delights in his way.

24 Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down; For the Lord upholds him with His hand.

25 I have been young, and now am old; Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, Nor his descendants begging bread.

Sermon Notes:  You Got Me Going In Circles

Do you sometimes feel you are just going around in circles?

Often, we doubt our life’s direction and questions whether we have made the right choices.

Going in circles often suggests confusion, frustration and loss of direction.

I want to dive into three common reasons why you might be going in circles.

1. Boredom: The lack of Spiritual Stimulation, looking for attention in all the wrong place, or trying to people pleaser burning energy.

But the steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord. God delights in it.

2. Our Condition: Though he fall… And we will. It could signal a more serious issue.

And, if left unchecked, this behavior can become self-destructive.

3.The Provision: Never seen the righteous forsaken…

Remember that God protects His people; that He provides for them; and that we are more consistently and constantly blessed.

Wherever he leads me, I will follow… I go with him all the way!
